Hot Shot won the construction section, and though Wedge was demoralized by the loss, Hot Shot talked him into continuing with the Cube section, and Wedge managed to win. Hot Shot's assertion he'd do anything to get an entry in the Heroes of Cybertron cards resulted in Wedge challenging him to a competition. Driving a Wedge Boulder accompanied the recruits to the planet Parvus where they rescued the last surviving Galax. Little Bot Peep Hot Shot showed off his skills at the agility course to visiting Teen Pioneer Wes.
The TX3000 The recruits had to round up a lost flock of sheep, but were hampered by Hoist malfunctioning. As a result, he almost botched a rescue and had to admit his inexperience. Hot Shot attempted to cover up the fact he'd never used a TX3000 before when five of them were loaned to the rescue center for the recruits to try out. Unfortunately, the mission did not go well, and the other recruits promised to stop with the surprises. Blame Game Hot Shot and the other recruits set up a surprise rescue mission for Medix, who didn't get the appeal of surprises. Heatwave assigned him to watch the rescue monitors, but after he went off to do a rescue on his own and the other recruits had to go help, he admitted his failure. Rescue Promo Hot Shot botched a rescue mission and tried to blame it on the other recruits. He and the others later helped whip the footage into a usable state. Five into Four When Whirl was filming footage for a recruitment video, Hot Shot showed off his target shooting skills and almost destroyed the camera. The team went on to botch a volcano rescue drill after staying up all night worrying, until Heatwave told them they'd assumed wrong. GlitchĪfter a ride on the Sigma, the recruits assumed the four command chairs meant one of their number wouldn't graduate.
Mission Inaudible After completing a simulated rescue, despite a glitch occurring, the recruits took part in a real rescue in Griffin Rock which was only successful because the glitch gave Medix an idea to complete it safely. Mount Botmore Hot Shot and Wedge ended up disregarding Hoist when their fellow recruit was put in charge of a rescue mission, and as a result, their own efforts almost ended up in disaster. The Bot Who Cried Rescue When the recruits found out that the residents of Griffin Rock were carving the faces of the Rescue Bots into a mountain, Hot Shot decided to add his own face to the monument, endangering the nearby dam. Hot Shot and the other recruits were bugged when Wedge borrowed the trigger for the rescue alarm and had them constantly running drills to get their response time down. When Kup finally did finish, Hot Shot quickly began pointing out major holes in his story, such as his recounting of events he hadn't even been present for. Hot Shot began to express his gratitude at the end of Kup's story, only to learn that Kup hadn't finished. Luckily for Hot Shot, it just so happened that Kup had been present when the design had first been tested in battle! So, despite Hot Shot's protests, Kup decided to regale his junior with the thrilling story of his encounter with them.Īfter a good deal of time listening to Kup's story, Hot Shot realized that their Decepticon assailants have stopped firing upon them, which Kup revealed to have been part of his plan: wait until the Decepticons ran out of ammo, and then escape whilst they were restocking. Kup had just finished telling Hot Shot one of his trademark stories when he noticed that the Vehicons attacking them were sporting Enemy-class drone bodies. Hot Shot participated in a battle somewhere in the Rigel system alongside his fellow Wrecker Kup.
